Transit Damage Protection
All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event that your sign arrives damaged during transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will immediately build and rush-ship an exact replacement free of charge.
Custom Orders vs Ready-Made Designs
Because custom text and logo signs are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned for change of mind. Non-custom ready-made stock designs can be returned in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
